RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Core IT Support & Infrastructure\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProvide first- and second-line IT support to users (hardware, software, and network-related issues)
\n\tInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
\n\tManage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email)
\n\tPerform routine system checks, updates, patching, and basic server administration
\n\tAssist with network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
\n\tMaintain IT asset register and documentation
\n\tSupport backups, restores, and basic disaster recovery tasks
\n\tEscalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required<\/p>\n
Systems & Applications<\/p>\n
\tSupport standard business applications (Microsoft Office, email, browsers, line-of-business software)
\n\tAssist with monitoring and basic administration of internal systems
\n\tLearn and support Triton\u2019s WMS and WCS platforms under guidance
\n\tAssist with user training and system onboarding related to WMS\/WCS
\n\tSupport IT-related aspects of warehouse operations (terminals, scanners, label printers)<\/p>\n
Security & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tFollow IT security policies and best practices
\n\tAssist with endpoint security, antivirus, and access control
\n\tHelp identify and report security incidents or risks<\/p>\n
Experience & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t1\u20133 years experience in an IT support or IT administrator role
\n\tRelevant IT qualification (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience)
\n\tIT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tOwn reliable transport
\n\tWillingness and ability to work shifts
\n\tShift pattern: Two (2) weeks day shift and Two (2) weeks night shift on a rotational basis
\n\tAble to work in an operational warehouse environment<\/p>\n
