\tThe Store Manager I is responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies, and monitoring performance to ensure continuous improvement. They manage the store’s budget, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additionally, they lead and develop the store team to foster a positive work environment.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSet sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor sales performance and KPIs for continuous improvement.\u00a0
\n\tManage the store’s budget and financial results.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction.\u00a0
\n\tOversee inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.\u00a0
\n\tLead and develop the store team.\u00a0
\n\tConduct performance evaluations and provide guidance.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 2-3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 years store leadership experience.\u00a0
\n\tStrong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience in inventory management and customer service.<\/p>\n
