Balance Sheet Reconciliations<\/p>\n
\tBalance Sheet Recons – Cashbook and Bank Reconciliations and Suspense Account<\/p>\n
Cashbook and Bank Reconciliations and Suspense Account\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that all entries are allocated correctly \u2013 general\/supplier\/customer account
\n\tReconciles the bank account against the SAP accounting system<\/p>\n
Debtors Updates, Reconciliation and Resolution and Correction of Debtor Queries and Accounts\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMonthly & Daily Debtors Processing
\n\tPrepare and circulate Daily Customer Book movement \/ GL Confirmations
\n\tUpdate Intercompany loan accounts
\n\tDebtors: Update Cash Flow, Run Reporting, Follow-up on outstanding invoices\u00a0<\/p>\n
Finance Administration<\/p>\n
\tAdheres to the financial department\u2019s processes and procedures when processing of invoices and journals to ensure good governance
\n\tAssists with ad hoc finance tasks upon request such as obtaining stationary, etc.
\n\tEnsure all transactions have been captured correctly
\n\tAssist in preparing monthly journals on SAP accurately and in line with month end deadline
\n\tAssist with Finance month end processes
\n\tAssist with Finance Annual audit processes
\n\tUndertake ad-hoc tasks\/duties as may be reasonably required
\n\tEinstein postings \u2013 Action all customer related transactions in Finance queue<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Finance\/Accounting preferred
\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar role, Creditors, Banking, Pastel experience
\n\tWorking knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
\n\tEinstein knowledge will be advantageous<\/p>\n
