\tThe purpose of the role is to develop and successfully qualify as an Artisan in various trades, such as Electricians, Fitters Instrumentation Mechanicians and Riggers.<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12 Mathematics (not literacy) & Science with a Minimum E symbol, with the two N2 trade related subjects\u00a0or\u00a0Minimum N2 with relevant 4 trade related subjects
\n\tTrade theory in the relevant trade applied for:
\n\tAuto Electrician\u00a0(Mathematics, Engineering Science, Industrial Electronics, Electrical Trade Theory)
\n\tBoilermaker (Mathematics, Engineering Science, Plating and Structural Streel Drawing, Plater Trade Theory)
\n\tDiesel Mechanic\u00a0(Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Diesel or Motor Trade Theory)
\n\tFitter\u00a0(Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Fitting & Machining Theory)
\n\tRigger\u00a0(Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Mechanotechnology)
\n\tMinimum Symbol E (40%) (subjects with F symbols will not be accepted)
\n\tCandidates must be able and prepared to undergo a psychometric assessment
\n\tMust be able and willing to work shifts, standby & call outs when required
\n\tBe able to cope with pressure, be innovative & a self-starter
\n\tBe able to identify faults without supervision
\n\tIn possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness
\n\tA valid K53 driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
