Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tReconciliation of online vouchers;
\n\tReconciliation of Dineplan;
\n\tManagement of Ironwood Trustees reconciliation;
\n\tReconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts;
\n\tDaily and month-end accounting over various sub-processes;
\n\tAssist Accountant with management of assets;
\n\tInternal audit role such as test checking of key P&P on a periodic basis and managing internal audit feedback checklist;
\n\tResponsible for \/ assist with any special projects \/ assignments as requested from time to time by the DoF \/ FM \/ Accountants;
\n\tBack up to key roles to allow for segregation of duties and continuity.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tTertiary finance qualification an advantage;
\n\tExcellent computer literacy (advanced knowledge of MS Excel essential);
\n\tComfortable interacting with internal clients at senior level;
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills;
\n\tAccuracy & attention to detail;
\n\tDeadline orientated.<\/p>\n
