Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAnalyse General Ledger accounts for Fourways Crossing Shopping Centre<br \/>\n\tPrepare and process monthly journals, accruals, and projections\u00a0<br \/>\n\tConduct variance analysis and provide detailed commentary on financial performance\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAnalyse and reconcile balance sheet accounts\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCompile monthly management packs and CAPEX reports\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMonitor cash flow and oversee weekly bank reconciliations\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSubmit accurate VAT returns within required deadlines\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to all monthly finance deadlines relating to debtors, creditors, and payments<\/p>\n<p>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist in the preparation and management of annual operational and capital budgets\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMonitor actual expenditure against budget and investigate variances\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPrepare financial forecasts and cash flow projections\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport long-term financial planning and asset performance analysis\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tenant &amp; Lease Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tReview and ensure accurate rental statements are issued to tenants monthly in accordance with lease agreements\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure recoveries for operational costs are correctly raised\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage tenant recoveries, turnover rentals, and arrears processes\u00a0<br \/>\n\tFollow up on outstanding debtor accounts and liaise with collection attorneys where necessary\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure arrears remain within acceptable limits\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain strong tenant relationships through professional communication and problem resolution\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Audit, Compliance &amp; Controls<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain accurate financial records for audit purposes\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCoordinate and manage annual external audits\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDevelop, implement, and maintain financial controls and procedures\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain proper documentation and filing systems for tenant and supplier information\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure confidentiality and secure handling of financial and tenant records\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Operational &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n<p>\tLiaise regularly with the General Manager regarding projections, accruals, and financial anomalies\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage petty cash processes and monthly submissions\u00a0<br \/>\n\tLiaise with owners, co-owners, suppliers, service providers, and internal departments\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssist with ad-hoc reporting, projects, and operational finance requirements\u00a0<br \/>\n\tOversee purchase order processes and contractual invoice management\u00a0<br \/>\n\tInvestigate and resolve council billing queries and contractual discrepancies\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport operational efficiency improvements and process optimisation initiatives<\/p>\n<p>Additional Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tSpecial projects and ad-hoc assignments as required\u00a0<br \/>\n\tContinuous improvement of finance-related systems and procedures\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssisting in ensuring the timely distribution of financial information to stakeholders and co-owners\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupporting operational decision-making through meaningful financial insights\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp;
