Job Description<\/p>\n
\tWorks with Regional Medical Directors to make sound, evidence based clinical decisions regarding the requested cases (treatments and procedures) for IP\/OP and performs retrospective clinical reviews utilizing criteria set forth by the client and Medicare (CMS-Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) and perform outbound calls to providers.

Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tBook meetings and schedule events
\n\tOrder office stationery and supplies
\n\tMaintain internal databases
\n\tSubmit expense reports
\n\tKeep employee records (physical and digital)
\n\tMaintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
\n\tDistribute incoming and outgoing mail
\n\tPrepare regular reports and presentations
\n\tOrganize, store and print company document as needed
\n\tAnswer and redirect phone calls
\n\tMake travel arrangements
\n\tHandle queries from managers and employees
\n\tUpdate office policies and ensure compliance with them<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as an Administrator,\u00a0or relevant role
\n\tFamiliarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
\n\tKnowledge of office policies and procedures
\n\tExperience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
\n\tExcellent organizational and time-management skills
\n\tStrong written and oral communication skills
\n\tProblem-solving attitude with an eye for detail<\/p>\n
