To interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services within the Service Centre SLA.<\/p>\n<p>Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Customer Service &amp; Sales<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all clients are welcomed in a professional manner<br \/>\n\tEnsure that Service Centre environment is conducive to driving sales and offering outstanding service<br \/>\n\tMaintain and update relevant policies and procedures within the store<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain relationships with customers<br \/>\n\tEnsure a professional image is portrayed during all interactions with customers<br \/>\n\tEnsure all orders, forms, applications and requests are processed without delay<br \/>\n\tEnsure all requests and unresolved issues are directed to the designated resource without delay<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate management of customers&#8217; accounts<br \/>\n\tEnsure a detailed audit trail of all customer interactions and transactions are easily accessible<br \/>\n\tEnsure a detailed record is maintained of all inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken.<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective administration management<br \/>\n\tEffectively communicate and coordinate with internal departments<br \/>\n\tEnsure prompt response to customer inquiries with attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n<p>Complaint Resolution<\/p>\n<p>\tObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints<br \/>\n\tEnsure customer verifications are performed continuously, and any discrepancies are raised immediately to management<br \/>\n\tResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer&#8217;s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution within the shortest timeframe. Ensure that a good level of understanding and knowledge of Cell C\u2019s products and services are maintained at all times, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately<br \/>\n\tBe willing to listen to and support colleagues and team members with professional problems, devoting time to impart expertise, infusing confidence and expressing positive expectations regarding the team\u2019s and Service Centre\u2019s performance<\/p>\n<p>Stock<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure that stock forecasts are submitted weekly as per agreed upon time frames<br \/>\n\tManage sales order capture process daily to ensure turnaround times is adhered to as well as orders are captured accurately<br \/>\n\tCheck that daily cash up report reflects no cash variances<br \/>\n\tEnsure all transactions processed within the day are correct and are in a balanced position<\/p>\n<p>Finance<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all documents are filed with 100% accuracy and can be accessed with ease and is audit compliant<br \/>\n\tAdministration and Report Generation<br \/>\n\tSubmit weekly and monthly report to Manager<br \/>\n\tSubmit any other ad-hoc reports on request<\/p>\n<p>Health and Safety Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tConform and adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental legislative requirements<br \/>\n\tReport any health and safety concerns\/incidents in the workplace to the manager\/health and safety representative<br \/>\n\tAssist Cell C to establish and maintain a fully compliant Healthy and Safe Work Environment<br \/>\n\tAttend the Safety, Health and Environmental workshops as required by management<br \/>\n\tPerform any other related duties as requested by Management<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric + NQF 5 \u2013 Certificate \/ internal workshops and proven on-line self-help courses, gaining knowledge in the Customer Service, Sales Industry<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t6 \u2013 24 months experience in sales, retail or service environment<br \/>\n\tICT Product knowledge would be advantageous<br \/>\n\tAbility to increase sales<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of relevant computer application<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Cell C","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"At Cell C, we know that because change is inevitable, growth is up to us.
