Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tReconciliation of stock, investigation and administering of stock adjustment as required provided these are in line with policy and have been signed off and approved by line manager.
\n\tReceiving of incoming stock and checking and planning of dispatch stock.
\n\tGRN\u2019s of daily receipts stock on SAP
\n\tRaising of PR\u2019s for operational requirements
\n\tVerification and control of coil and finished goods ageing.
\n\tAttendance to monthly work in progress audits and floor spot checks
\n\tCoordination and control of all stock related documentation between production and logistics.
\n\tComplying with established controls and authority levels in the scope of the function.
\n\tEnsuring accurate attention to detail and accuracy in the use of SAP and in the scope of function.
\n\tManaging and controlling all aspects of month end procedures, where required
\n\tEnsure that goods receiving is done correct and is accurate according to the companies process and policy.
\n\tAdministering, planning and preparation of monthly stock counts
\n\tAttendance in and participation of stock takes, conference attendance and training sessions as required.
\n\tMonitors and maintains current inventory levels, investigates problems and report on slow moving\/obsolete stock.
\n\tAny other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nQualifications required:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum academic qualification: Matric (Maths would be and added advantage)
\n\tQualifications as an added advantage: Diploma in inventory management or Stock \/ production management qualification
\n\tProfessional registration: N\/A<\/p>\n
Experience required:<\/p>\n
\tGeneral work experience (years): 1-3 years admin experience, in medium to large service orientated organisation
\n\tSpecific to the position (level\/discipline\/years):
\n\tStock controller 1 Year
\n\tStores supervisor 1 Year
\n\tStores assistant 1 Year
\n\tIndustry: Manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n
