About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be primarily focused on driving sales through direct interactions with customers in the field. You will leverage your communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and effectively promote our products and services.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and target potential customers through market research and networking efforts.
\n\tConduct face-to-face sales presentations to demonstrate product offerings and value to potential clients.
\n\tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
\n\tMeet or exceed sales targets and quotas by implementing effective sales strategies.
\n\tPrepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on sales activities and market feedback.
\n\tMonitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and service delivery is optimized.
\n\tParticipate in trade shows and community events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
\n\tExcellent time management and organizational skills to effectively manage a sales territory.
\n\tSelf-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tmatric with 50% average or any other equivalent qualifications.<\/p>\n
