\tWe are seeking a finance manager to monitor, coordinate and provide high quality management information and to oversee the financial function of Clinix Naledi Nkanyezi Private Hospital. \u00a0<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\u00a0Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBusiness Related Degree
\n\tCA(SA) or CIMA<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3-5 years financial management experience
\n\tSound knowledge of International Finance and Accounting Standards (IFRS), including latest amendments in IFRS 9, 15 & 16
\n\tComputer proficiency \u2013 Advanced Excel and SAP non-negotiable
\n\tStrong technical fluency and proven stakeholder engagement skills.
\n\tUnderstanding of the private healthcare industry
\n\tHospital financial operations<\/p>\n

DELIVERABLES<\/p>\n
\tDefine and execute an enterprise data strategy, including the establishment and maintenance of robust reporting systems.
\n\tEnsure the production of accurate and timeous financial management information
\n\tPrepare the Hospital\u2019s financial statements according to internal CHG standards and in compliance with IFRS
\n\tEnsure Masterfile of Financial information on the approved financial system
\n\tPrepare Quarterly and Annual Financial statements and supporting working documents
\n\tCompile annual and interim budgets and report on variances
\n\tReview and sign-off
\n\tBuild professional long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
\n\tBuild a strong rapport with key senior leaders within the hospital to establish position as a Finance thought leader
\n\tWork with internal key leaders to build an escalation chain for internal crises (Finance related)
\n\tInvestigate and understand stakeholders needs to enable delivery of a quality service
\n\tEnsure customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business plan
\n\tComply with cost controls in order to achieve section budget
\n\tReport on cost usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
\n\tIdentify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and to streamline processes
\n\tIdentify repeat failures that contribute to wastage
\n\tEnsure financial documentation (related to Finance in Hospitals and
\n\tAnalyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision-making purposes
\n\tUse systems optimally for data management (i.e. SAP)
\n\tEnsure feedback and progress reporting to stakeholders
\n\tMeet Quality Assurance standards and participate in Finance Audits
\n\tAdhere to statutory standards, policies and procedures within the business unit to ensure compliance at all times and take remedial action where necessary
\n\tMonitor, analyse and audit the key business processes and metrics<\/p>\n
