\tTo inspect and ensure all charges are correct on the patient’s file.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA<\/p>\n
\t\ufeffAccurate auditing and billing of patient documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
\n\tEffective management of ward stock, equipment, and inventory control processes.
\n\tCompilation and submission of accurate ward statistics.
\n\tProviding efficient administrative and clerical support to ward personnel.
\n\tProfessional handling of queries relating to billing and administrative communication.
\n\tMonitoring and maintaining compliance with hospital billing and revenue processes.
\n\tIdentifying billing discrepancies and report findings.
\n\tMaintaining accurate recordkeeping and data capturing standards.
\n\tSupporting operational efficiency within the ward and administrative department.
\n\tMaintain confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent customer service at all times.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\t\ufeffGrade 12 Certificate
\n\tMust be computer literate.
\n\tPreferably have Delta 9 experience
\n\tPreferably, have hospital admin experience.
\n\tAbility to deal with members of the public.
\n\tThe ideal candidate must have the willingness to assume job ownership, work independently and apply principles of continuous improvement.
\n\tMust be prepared to work shifts and Public Holidays.<\/p>\n
