About the Role<\/p>\n
\tThe position requires an experienced and driven salesperson with expertise in software sales. The Salesperson is responsible for driving new, up- and cross sales across LexisNexis solutions lines.
\n\tThe Salesperson\u2019s main accountabilities will be too pro-actively prospect, qualify and close new, up- and cross sell sales opportunities. The role works in close partnership with internal and external partners to proactively drive growth.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDeliver the annual financial performance targets
\n\tDrive customer retention strategies
\n\tProactively generate pipeline opportunities
\n\tManage the sales pipeline with precision
\n\tLead deal structuring, negotiation, and closing
\n\tDevelop and execute an effective sales strategy
\n\tManage multiple sales opportunities concurrently<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years sales and software experience in technology sales.
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s license and reliable vehicle to use for execution of customer visits \u00a0
\n\tProven adoption of AI in task execution to improve efficiency and sales success\u00a0
\n\tProficiency with AI sales platforms, including tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Salesforce, Gong, and Seismic (or equivalent).\u00a0
\n\tDemonstrated success in a quota bearing sales environment with a consistent record of target achievement.\u00a0
\n\tStrong consultative selling skills, with the ability to conduct both face to face and social selling\/digital selling interactions.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and rapidly growing product sales environment.\u00a0
\n\tExceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and strategic planning capabilities<\/p>\n
