Primary functions<\/p>\n
\tConduct daily investigations of transactions in suspense
\n\tAllocate transactions in suspense daily
\n\tEnsure that there is proof of allocation (after allocation is done for each business day, the suspense is closed and approved)
\n\tHandle client enquiries
\n\tAllocate paylots to correct accounts from GL 113108 and follow up on long outstanding differences on reconciliations
\n\tPerform journals with regard to bank reconciliation
\n\tPerform stop payments and replacement of cheques activities
\n\tCapture electronic transactions and electronic transfers as per Cash Focus\/Business Online
\n\tLicence over- and underbanking process of capturing cash books
\n\tEnsure the timely completion of suspense reconciliations
\n\tTrain cash book personnel and other divisions and third parties that interact with the cashbook
\n\tCoordinate and deal with the necessary training with regard to the cashbook<\/p>\n
