Coordinate and contribute to leadership and talent development initiatives across key career stages, including senior professional and leadership populations.<br \/>\n\tDevelop structured leadership pathways and development journeys aligned to organisational capability requirements. Assist in developing structured leadership pathways and development journeys aligned to organisational capability requirements.<br \/>\n\tEnsure development initiatives are practical, business-relevant, and scalable across service lines.<\/p>\n<p>Leadership Development &amp; Facilitation<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign and facilitate leadership development workshops, programmes, and forums for Manager to Partner-level populations. Facilitate and coordinate leadership development workshops, programmes, and forums for Manager to Partner-level populations.<br \/>\n\tSupport leadership transition programmes.<br \/>\n\tPartner with external service providers where required, ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment to business needs.<\/p>\n<p>Promotion Readiness, Talent Reviews &amp; Succession<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport and coordinate talent review processes, promotion readiness discussions, and calibration forums in partnership with P&amp;C Business Partners.<br \/>\n\tContribute to the development and refinement of promotion criteria, readiness indicators, and leadership capability standards.<br \/>\n\tSupport succession planning processes for critical leadership roles and key talent pools.<br \/>\n\tEnsure talent and promotion processes are applied consistently and credibly across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Centres &amp; Assessment Integration<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the design and delivery of talent development centres, leadership assessments, and diagnostic interventions.(can only do if HPSCA accredited)<br \/>\n\tEnsure assessment outputs inform development planning, promotion readiness, and succession decisions.<br \/>\n\tUphold ethical and professional standards in the use of assessments and talent data.<\/p>\n<p>Career Frameworks &amp; Capability Architecture<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the development and implementation of career frameworks, leadership capability models, and development architectures.<br \/>\n\tEnsure alignment between:<br \/>\n\tCapability frameworks<br \/>\n\tCareer progression pathways<br \/>\n\tLeadership development initiatives<br \/>\n\tLearning and development offerings<br \/>\n\tWork with People &amp; Culture Business Partners to embed these frameworks within business units and leadership conversations.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Business Partnership<\/p>\n<p>\tWork in close partnership with the Head of Business Partners to prioritise initiatives and align delivery to business needs.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with P&amp;C Business Partners to support senior leaders with talent insights and development interventions.<br \/>\n\tBuild strong working relationships with senior leaders, contributing credibly to leadership and talent discussions.<br \/>\n\tPartner with Learning &amp; Development, and other COE teams to ensure integrated delivery and clear accountability.<\/p>\n<p>Data, Insights &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n<p>\tUse talent and development data to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.<br \/>\n\tTrack adoption and impact of leadership and talent initiatives.<br \/>\n\tContinuously refine approaches based on business feedback, workforce trends, and organisational priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\nQualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Learning &amp; Development, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tPostgraduate qualification or professional certification in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or OD is advantageous.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExposure to or registration in psychometric assessment practices is advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience in a professional services, consulting, or similarly complex environment is preferred.<br \/>\n\t3-5 years\u2019 experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning &amp; Development, or Organisational Development.<\/p>\n<p>Proven experience in:<\/p>\n<p>\tLeadership development programme design and delivery<br \/>\n\tTalent reviews, succession planning, and promotion readiness<\/p>\n<p>Facilitation experience<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Competencies: Knowledge and Skills<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge &amp; Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong project management and follow-through capability.<br \/>\n\tAbility to design practical and workable solutions to retain talent and deliver on the Talent Strategy<br \/>\n\tGood understanding of leadership development and talent pipeline practices.<br \/>\n\tStrong facilitation and communication skills.<br \/>\n\tSound understanding of assessment and psychometric tools and their application.<br \/>\n\tHigh levels of professional judgement, resilience, and stakeholder maturity.<\/p>\n<p>Behavioural Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tTakes initiative and is able to build strong relationships<br \/>\n\tRecognised as a trusted and credible authority on audit quality within the firm.<br \/>\n\tSuccessfully embeds practical, workable initiatives within a business unit<br \/>\n\tDelivers visible improvements in initiatives<br \/>\n\tActs as a role model for accountability, professionalism, and quality ownership.<\/p>\n<p>Core Values &amp;
