Culture Specialist: Employee Relations to join the People &amp; Culture team at CCBA.<\/p>\n<p>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nER and Labour Law<\/p>\n<p>\tRepresent CCBA in labour litigation and case management.<br \/>\n\tSupport HRBPs in managing disciplinary actions, counselling, grievances, and incapacity.<br \/>\n\tLead and manage organizational collective bargaining processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, fair representation of employee interests, and timely resolution of disputes.<\/p>\n<p>People Governance &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tManage and enforce governance compliance continuously by proactively identifying and addressing people practice risks.<br \/>\n\tPromote a culture of accountability and ethical conduct throughout the organization, including internal audits and workplace rights.<\/p>\n<p>People Services<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee and harness the value of all workplace services (e.g., canteen, uniforms, transport, medical services) to optimally impact the employee experience.<br \/>\n\tEnsure these services are executed according to agreed-upon standards and motivate the workforce.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Wellness and Engagement\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure that CCBA Employee Wellness strategies and initiatives are deployed in-country.<br \/>\n\tProvide reporting feedback to Group and leadership.<br \/>\n\tEnhance employee experience by lifting employee engagement levels with targeted initiatives.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>People Analytics &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tAct as custodian for Digital HR systems locally, including the rollout of HR systems (e.g., D365).<br \/>\n\tEnsure uploads, master data governance, and monitoring of People Analytics for the country using tools like Power BI.<br \/>\n\tProvide insights and coach to HRD\/HRBPs to develop HR Analytics capability<br \/>\n\tConsolidate country KPIs (ESG, CCP) and generate insights to inform group and local strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Skills, Experience &amp;
