Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPrepare SaaS companies for security audits such as SOC1, SOC2, ISO 27001 and others,\u00a0including assessment, preparation, and audit management.
\n\tAssist customers with filling out vendor security questionnaires and creating policies, procedures\u00a0and risk assessments using our product.
\n\tAdvise customers on best practices and evolving security regulations.
\n\tEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring their compliance needs\u00a0are met.
\n\tPerform internal vendor assessments regularly to ensure that third-party vendors comply with\u00a0the company’s security and SOC1 and SOC2 standards.
\n\tProvide hands-on support throughout their compliance journey.
\n\tCoordinate activities across multiple teams and integration points, ensuring seamless execution.
\n\tDrive product improvements by incorporating market feedback and customer needs.
\n\tWrite and present well-structured documentation and processes.
\n\tLead regular phishing simulation exercises, ensuring high participation and awareness levels\u00a0across the organization.
\n\tEnsure that penetration testing is performed and that the development team addresses\u00a0vulnerabilities that are identified.
\n\tDeliver or coordinate security training for all relevant teams, ensuring that they are well-versed\u00a0in information security practices. Conduct security tests to assess the effectiveness of training\u00a0and make improvements as necessary.
\n\tRegularly conduct access reviews (at least quarterly) and manage access controls to\u00a0maintain SOC1 and SOC2 compliance. Ensure timely and accurate completion of Access\u00a0Management tasks, ensuring minimal security risks.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Law, Accounting or\u00a0Business.
\n\tAt least 2 years in Technology Risk, Compliance, GRC, or a similar position.
\n\tExtensive experience managing compliance projects and audits (e.g., SOC1, SOC2, ISO 27001).
\n\tBackground in answering security questionnaires.
\n\tProficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines using tech tools.
\n\tStrong self-starter with a solution-focused and positive attitude.<\/p>\n
Knowledge \/ Experience in the following areas will be beneficial but not required:<\/p>\n
\tInformation Security certifications such as SOC1, SOC2, UK GDPR and EU GDPR, or ISO 27001<\/p>\n
