REQUIREMENTS AT LECTURER LEVEL:<\/p>\n
\tA master\u2019s degree in fine art.
\n\tAdvanced technical and conceptual understanding of various traditional and contemporary sculpture techniques and practices with the ability to teach in these areas.
\n\tExperience in woodworking, metalworking, installation, ceramics, and casting processes are essential.\u00a0
\n\tAt least three years of teaching, supervision and administrative experience at university level.
\n\tAn emerging research and exhibition\u00a0profile as well as other evidence attesting to an active research capacity and understanding of contemporary art and contemporary sculptural practice.<\/p>\n
ADVANTAGEOUS AT LECTURER LEVEL:<\/p>\n
\tExperience in computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD\/CAM).<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tTeaching undergraduate courses in all years and supervising postgraduate research
\n\tCurriculum planning
\n\tContributing to teaching development, teaching administration and research at the School
\n\tContributing to the teaching across disciplines as required
\n\tManaging the running of workshops and workshop staff
\n\tContributing to socially responsive initiatives at the School<\/p>\n
