Sales Coordinator\/Sales Administrator<\/p>\n
\tWe are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator in Johannesburg East to join a company which produces high-quality water meters and provides state-of-the-art solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales administrative experience.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tEssential: Matric qualification.
\n\tA minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
\n\tEssential: Prior experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.
\n\tAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
\n\tEssential: Sage Evolution.<\/p>\n
Duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSupport Sales Representatives and Managers by addressing their queries and inquiries.
\n\tProcess all Sales Orders promptly within one day of receipt.
\n\tIssue quotes within two days of receiving the request.
\n\tAssist in compiling Tenders.
\n\tEnsure accurate categorisation of Sales on Sage Evolution.
\n\tHandle customer inquiries and visits in person or via phone.
\n\tAcquire a comprehensive understanding of PM’s products and services.
\n\tProvide weekly Sales Order Received values every Monday for the previous week.
\n\tCollaborate with Operations to schedule product deliveries (backorders) to customers.
\n\tPrepare Waybills for dispatched products.
\n\tReview and follow up on Backorders for customers, coordinating with production to meet customer expectations.
\n\tParticipate in Marketing activities, campaigns, and activations as needed.<\/p>\n
