Roles and Responsibilities
\nServicing, Repairing and Testing:<\/p>\n
\tAssisting with logging repairs onto job cards through the Workshop Service\/Repair Module.
\n\tTesting equipment for basic faults under supervision.
\n\tObserving and assisting in identifying and reporting faulty components for repair or replacement.
\n\tHelping document and report basic fault-finding to the supervisor.
\n\tCarrying out minor repair duties or support tasks as requested by the supervisor or manager.<\/p>\n
Quality Control:<\/p>\n
\tHelping ensure that equipment is cleaned, safely stored, and meets basic safety and service requirements.<\/p>\n
Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tAssisting with completing Missing and Damage Reports (M&Ds) and tracking items moved into or out of repair status (\u201cHospital\u201d).<\/p>\n
Stocktaking:<\/p>\n
\tAssisting in and ensuring that Company Inventory \/ Stock counts are conducted with precision.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Relationships:<\/p>\n
\tBuilding, supporting and maintaining interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) \u2013 Essential
\n\tDiploma in Electrical Engineering \/ Electronics\u00a0 (NQF Level 6) \u2013 Essential<\/p>\n
