Customer Service & Support<\/p>\n
\tProvide professional support to customers regarding microbiology, chemistry, and diagnostic testing services
\n\tHandle customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally
\n\tEnsure all enquiries are responded to accurately and within agreed timeframes
\n\tDeliver a high standard of customer service at all times<\/p>\n
Client & Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
\n\tProactively follow up with clients to identify service needs and opportunities
\n\tSupport internal stakeholders, including the sales team, with queries and information<\/p>\n
Sales & Administrative Support<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and send quotations to clients
\n\tCapture, update, and maintain accurate customer information on the CRM system
\n\tAssist with lead follow-ups and service-related communication<\/p>\n
Operational Coordination<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with microbiology, chemistry, and diagnostic teams to stay informed on services and updates
\n\tEnsure alignment between client requirements and internal service delivery
\n\tSupport coordination of requests between departments<\/p>\n
Front Office & General Support<\/p>\n
\tManage reception duties and professionally welcome clients
\n\tHandle general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tQualification or basic training in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Food Technology \u2013 advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in:<\/p>\n
\tContact Centre \/ customer service environment
\n\tSales administration or client support role
\n\tExperience in a laboratory, food safety, or testing environment \u2013 advantageous<\/p>\n
