We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead cleaning services across multiple sites in the KZN Region. The role involves managing teams, ensuring hygiene standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBest allocate the resources of the contract to achieve maximum cleaning output. Where the SLA stipulates resource requirements, these must be adhered to. Output-based contracts must be managed efficiently.
\n\tEnsure consistently high service standards are maintained for all services in scope with regular site visits and inspections.
\n\tNew units to be opened according to company policies and procedures and Tsebo standards are implemented within a three-month period.
\n\tUnit closures to receive proper service until the last trading day and all processes relating to staff, equipment, billing, and costs are attended to within the month of closing.
\n\tContract retention through maintaining excellent service standards, identifying, and mitigating the risk of cancellation and building strong client relationships with key client contacts.
\n\tManaging company assets by performing monthly spot checks on high value items. When checking assets ensure that equipment is kept in a good condition and repaired and serviced when required..
\n\tRegular client meetings with at least one formal documented client meeting per month to ensure client needs are understood and expectations are met.
\n\tResponding to clients and management request timeously and providing necessary action required…
\n\tTo hold regular performance appraisals with all management staff reporting to you, identify areas for development and training needs.
\n\tEnsure that all OHS act (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements are adhered to for site specific requirements in line with company policies, quality programmes and legislation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Matric \/ Grade 12
\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification and\/or equivalent experience.
\n\tMust have a valid driver\u2019s license and own reliable vehicle.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar environment on middle management level.<\/p>\n
