Senior Specialist: Product Manager (S4) \u2013 Data & Analytics<\/p>\n
\tScope: Data platforms, integration, analytics, observability foundations Purpose: Package data and analytics capabilities into outcome-led solutions.
\n\tResponsible for the product strategy and governance for the LOB product portfolio.
\n\tAlso responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, contributing to the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure customer\/key stakeholder satisfaction goals are met.
\n\tThe Senior Manager Product Management’s job also includes ensuring that the portfolio supports the company’s overall strategy and goals\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tDefine product governance structures\u00a0
\n\tMaintain designated product portfolio & establish LOB specific Product Portfolio Forum\u00a0
\n\tWork closely with the Product team and craft a BCX product strategy\u00a0
\n\tGathering market requirements and in response developing differentiated products and enhance existing products, with defined processes\u00a0
\n\tProduct portfolio management (Description, Value proposition, Offerings & Packages, Cost and Pricing)\u00a0
\n\tManage Product Performance (Fulfilment Assurance, Financial Performance), Product Life Cycle considerations (Le.building product roadmaps, particularly Technology roadmaps,\u00a0
\n\tProduct positioning and outbound messaging with collateral as well as enablement of Sales Force through training, incentives and battle cards\u00a0
\n\tPromoting the product externally with press, clients, and partners & Monitoring the competition\u00a0
\n\tMeasurement of existing customer service performance, technology refresh, optimization and R&D\u00a0
\n\tDefine a strategy for the product’s evolution to support business and customer needs.\u00a0
\n\tCreate specifications, prioritize requirements and maintain a roadmap of the features being developed.\u00a0
\n\tManage the process of making the product available to customers.\u00a0
\n\tAct as the subject matter expert for the product’s capabilities in pre and post-sales discussions.\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with the engineering team building the product to clarify requirements and specifications.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNQF 6: 3 year Degree\/ Diploma\/ National Diploma in Project Management or IT\/Engineering
\n\tOR NQF 4: Grade 12<\/p>\n
Additional Education -Preferred \/Advantage<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t7 years\u2019 experience cross-functional product management, product development or service delivery experience.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tWorking with technology teams to drive technical components and execution across product roadmaps.\u00a0
\n\tOr\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tIf the highest qualification is grade 12 , 9 years exp. of which at least 2 years on management level.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
