\tOur client is looking for a dynamic, energetic, innovative, strategic, and self-motivated individual to work
\n\tfrom their Johannesburg Office. The candidate must have a solid work ethic, be able to work under deadline, engage and collaborate with team members\/management and be able to follow directions and respect department \/ corporate policies.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAssist the senior Product Owner in developing components of the product roadmap.
\n\tEngage with in-house business leaders and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into a technical agenda for development & deployment to production.
\n\tDefine product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
\n\tWork with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
\n\tAssess, and prioritise the product backlog.

\n\tManagement of and liaison with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of functionality to meet
\n\tspecification and quality standards.
\n\tRegular reporting & feedback on progress, risks, and bottlenecks to management.
\n\tActively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release\/sprint goals.
\n\tHand over and high-level support of deployed functionality to business.<\/p>\n
Requirements and Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering \/ Accounting \/ Finance \/ Information Technology Science\/Engineering\/ Mathematics\/related field or equivalent experience
\n\tGreat interpersonal and communication skills
\n\tStrong competency in business process design and analysis
\n\tAbility to see and present “the big picture” and offer solutions for improvement
\n\tPractical experience in the design\/re-engineering of business processes
\n\tProven (technology) project management experience
\n\tScrum\/Agile training (and practical experience) advantageous
\n\tFamiliarity with modern cloud technology, SaaS products and low code platforms advantageous
\n\tWorking knowledge of IT systems fundamentals e.g., databases, integration patterns<\/p>\n
