THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tThis role forms part of a global Application Management and Contingent Workforce division aligned to enterprise client delivery frameworks.
\n\tYou will be responsible for supporting enterprise application management environments, strategic delivery operations, stakeholder engagement, and workforce coordination across global client environments.
\n\tThe role combines operational leadership, service delivery management, workforce coordination, SLA management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and enterprise operational support within complex managed service environments.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nEngineering Leadership & Delivery Support<\/p>\n
\tSupporting enterprise application management environments and operational delivery functions
\n\tDriving SLA adherence and operational excellence across delivery environments
\n\tManaging operational workflows, reporting processes, and delivery coordination activities
\n\tSupporting enterprise client delivery models and operational governance requirements<\/p>\n
Stakeholder & Client Engagement<\/p>\n
\tCollaborating with global delivery stakeholders across multiple projects and operational workstreams
\n\tActing as a client-facing representative within enterprise and managed service environments
\n\tSupporting communication and coordination between clients, contractors, and delivery teams
\n\tBuilding strong relationships across local and global operational teams<\/p>\n
Contractor & Workforce Operations<\/p>\n
\tSupporting onboarding, contractor management, and workforce delivery processes
\n\tManaging delivery pipelines and operational coordination activities
\n\tSupporting contractor retention and workforce engagement initiatives
\n\tAssisting with operational delivery optimisation and workforce planning support<\/p>\n
Documentation, Reporting & Governance<\/p>\n
\tManaging operational documentation, reporting, and workflow processes
\n\tSupporting operational accuracy, reporting standards, and delivery governance requirements
\n\tMaintaining visibility across pipeline coverage, delivery metrics, and operational performance
\n\tSupporting continuous improvement and operational optimisation initiatives<\/p>\n
Talent Pipeline & Delivery Support<\/p>\n
\tBuilding and maintaining high-quality talent and delivery pipelines
\n\tSupporting sourcing and operational coordination activities using:
\n\tLinkedIn Recruiter
\n\tATS platforms
\n\tEnterprise sourcing tools
\n\tSupporting workforce delivery and operational readiness across enterprise environments<\/p>\n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\nKey Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 8+ years’ experience within:
\n\tEnterprise technology environments
\n\tManaged services
\n\tApplication management
\n\tStrategic delivery operations
\n\tStrong communication and stakeholder management capability
\n\tExperience working within enterprise or managed service environments
\n\tStrong organisational and workflow management skills
\n\tExperience supporting remote and global delivery teams
\n\tStrong understanding of application management and support models
\n\tComfortable working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools<\/p>\n
