\tFull Debtors & Creditors function.
\n\tProcessing invoices, reconciliations, statements, and payments.
\n\tAssisting with stock control of machinery spares, filters, and consumables.
\n\tHandling customer queries via telephone, email, and walk-in enquiries.
\n\tGeneral office administration.
\n\tAssisting with the coordination of machinery and equipment hire.<\/p>\n
Essential Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric.
\n\tPrevious Debtors & Creditors experience.
\n\tQuickBooks Accounting Software experience.
\n\tValid Code EB \/ Code 08 driver\u2019s licence.
\n\tStrong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
\n\tGood communication and customer service skills.
\n\tComputer literacy, including Microsoft Office.<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tExperience within a machinery, forklift, engineering, workshop, automotive, or industrial environment.
\n\tStock control experience.
\n\tTechnical aptitude and understanding of machinery parts and spares.<\/p>\n
