Vryheid to grow and maintain an existing client base, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing the brand in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Primary Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tFacilitate achievement of agreed targets in the region, achieving volume and net profit targets by always driving sales performance.<br \/>\n\tReport to Sales Manager, changes in strategic direction, structures, and operating models in order to ensure transparent communication and effective operation within the region<br \/>\n\tWeekly\/monthly reporting to area Sales Manager.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and manage creation of new business opportunities for the region to expand the market.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all operations are in line with the company\u2019s policies.<br \/>\n\tPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.<br \/>\n\tProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients\u2019 needs.<br \/>\n\tAccountability for volume target and net profit target.<br \/>\n\tCold calling, making contact and presenting proposals to prospective clients, also be able to achieve daily\/weekly customer call target.<br \/>\n\tNeed to be able to meet their target of prospect meetings and site acquisitions.<br \/>\n\tThe person will be traveling throughout Northern and Central KZN<br \/>\n\tAsset register completion and reporting are required.<br \/>\n\tMeet sales targets as set out by the employer.<br \/>\n\tYou will cover the customer base for Vryheid and Inland Region<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric Certificate<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 1 to 3 years\u2019 experience in Sales, experience in Fuel industry will be an advantage<br \/>\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<br \/>\n\tStrong sales background with solid record<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel \/ Word \/ PowerPoint)<br \/>\n\tSelf-starter<br \/>\n\tInfluential, concise, rational, and practical communicator<br \/>\n\tInnovative thinker<br \/>\n\tRelationship management<br \/>\n\tStrategy and project management skills<br \/>\n\tSelf-motivated team player, able to inspire colleagues.<br \/>\n\tWilling to work
