Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Group currently has a vacancy for a fast-paced and detail-orientated Administrator to join the Scrap Metal Buying Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and office support to the Scrap Metal Buying Team situated at the Gauteng Head Office in Elandsfontein.
\n\tThe successful candidate will report to the Buying Admin Manager and Buying Manager. He\/she will also have to:<\/p>\n
POSITION REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tMaintain the CTT (Customer Tonnage Tracker) spreadsheet
\n\tRegistering and processing of Customer information
\n\tInteracting with Customers telephonically and in person
\n\tCreating and updating Customer leads and sending the correct information to the Buyers
\n\tAssist and effectively communicate with the Payments Department
\n\tHandle the Sand Sales
\n\tManage Customer requests for POP\u2019s
\n\tMaintain the DN book data base as well as issuing DN books and ensuring that old DN books are returned
\n\tFiling of the Buying Departments paperwork
\n\tIntake reports for Buyers and Customers
\n\tAdhoc admin tasks including but not limited to capturing and updating spreadsheets and lists timeously<\/p>\n
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office \u2013 Advanced Excel knowledge would be beneficial
\n\tAt least 10 years\u2019 experience in a similar role
\n\tKnowledge of basic accounts management would be advantageous<\/p>\n
