\tThe Technical Specialist provides hands-on technical support and expertise on vacuum pumps, blowers, water pumps, and compressors, ensuring efficient problem-solving and exceptional client service.
\n\tThe role involves working with advanced equipment, building strong customer relationships, and delivering professional, innovative solutions in a dynamic technical environment.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric.
\n\tElectrical Eng ND\/Mechanical Eng ND\/Mechatronics Eng ND or Millwright trade.
\n\tFully bilingual.
\n\tFirst Language Afrikaans, as the client base prefers to communicate in Afrikaans.
\n\tStrong technical background in vacuum pumps, blowers, water pumps, and compressors.
\n\tGreat client orientation.<\/p>\n

Duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCommunicates professionally with customers daily, both verbally and via email.
\n\tBuilds and maintains strong relationships with existing and new customers to support business growth.
\n\tIdentifies new prospects and conducts cold-calling activities to generate business opportunities.
\n\tSets and pursues ambitious sales targets while generating new pump sales.
\n\tDrives field service growth, including securing active service contracts.
\n\tTracks previous services completed and encourages repeat servicing with the company.
\n\tGenerates service and repair sales for the company\u2019s workshops.
\n\tGenerates sales of pumps, spares, and pump systems.
\n\tProvides on-site problem-solving and technical support.
\n\tInstalls and repairs vacuum pumps and systems on-site.
\n\tDevelops and implements sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
\n\tCompletes weekly and monthly reports accurately and timeously.
\n\tBuilds relationships with key stakeholders, including Technicians, Engineers, Maintenance Managers,
\n\tConsultants, Contractors, Distributors, and End Users.
\n\tProvides accurate and consistent feedback to management.<\/p>\n
