Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals<br \/>\n\tManage and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels<br \/>\n\tConduct audience research, keyword analysis, and targeting strategy<br \/>\n\tForecast budgets and expected performance with marketing leadership<\/p>\n<p>Campaign Management &amp; Optimization<\/p>\n<p>\tCreate, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages<br \/>\n\tMonitor campaigns daily and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS<br \/>\n\tRun structured A\/B tests to improve performance<br \/>\n\tUse automation features such as Performance Max and Dynamic Search Ads<br \/>\n\tContinuously improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration &amp; Coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tWork with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment<br \/>\n\tAlign paid media efforts with overall marketing and brand strategy<br \/>\n\tStay updated on platform features and coordinate with platform representatives<\/p>\n<p>Analytics &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack and analyze campaign performance across platforms<br \/>\n\tPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports<br \/>\n\tIdentify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations<br \/>\n\tRefine targeting, creative, and budget allocation based on data<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tProven experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads and Meta required)<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of PPC metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking<\/p>\n<p>Hands-on experience with:<\/p>\n<p>\tGoogle Analytics<br \/>\n\tGoogle Tag Manager<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication, organization, and project management skills<br \/>\n\tComfortable working remote during U.S. business hours<\/p>\n<p>Nice to Have<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience with additional platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with automation tools, scripts, and dynamic campaigns<br \/>\n\tExperience with landing page optimization and funnel strategy<br \/>\n\tExperience managing ad budgets of varying sizes<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of remarketing and multi-touch attribution<\/p>\n<p>Tools &amp;
