Manage and drive the turnaround time in terms of targets to ensure a high sales performance.<br \/>\n\tManage the delivery of deviance reporting as and when requested, to provide recommendations and mitigating solutions to deviances that have occurred.<br \/>\n\tAssist team members, as necessary, by interacting with clients in order to facilitate sales and\/or client concerns\/complaints.<br \/>\n\tManage allocated sales budget through effective coordination of sales activities and behaviours, key accounts and expense budget.<br \/>\n\tCommunicate processes, control requirements, risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements that impact the sales process.<br \/>\n\tCoach team members on all the processes and controls and ensure understanding and commitment.
