\nThe People Partner role will be responsible for the following :<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective people strategies and initiatives.
\n\tProvide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
\n\tSupport workforce planning, talent acquisition, and on boarding processes.
\n\tDrive employee engagement and performance management programmes.
\n\tEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the Technology & Telecoms sector.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for organisational development and implement relevant training initiatives.
\n\tFacilitate change management and support a culture of continuous improvement.
\n\tAct as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
\n\tThe People Partner must be based in Johannesburg<\/p>\n
The Successful Applicant<\/p>\n
A successful People Partner should have:<\/p>\n
\tA strong background in human resources management, particularly within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
\n\tProven ability to manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
\n\tExperience in implementing talent management and development strategies.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
\n\tA proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
\n\tMust come from an Internet\/Technology industry
