Weekly targets should be distributed consistently across the commission run month, rather than being disproportionately high over short periods \uff08e.g. during reinstatement periods\uff09.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Marketing of Leads \uff08Sales of Products\uff09<\/p>\n<p>The Telemarketer is responsible for marketing Scorpion products to prospective members with the aim of securing new business by:<\/p>\n<p>\tUsing the prescribed script to effectively address the needs and interests of prospective members.<br \/>\n\tUtilizing only the tools and resources provided by Scorpion to market its products.<br \/>\n\tClearly explaining product features, benefits \uff08e.g. accidental death cover\uff09, and exclusions to ensure full understanding by prospective members.<br \/>\n\tAccurately and professionally responding to all queries from prospective members.<br \/>\n\tCollecting and capturing complete and accurate member information (e.g. name, address, premium details) to generate valid proposals.<br \/>\n\tEnsuring all captured information is correct to facilitate successful deductions \uff08e.g. accurate banking details and deduction dates\uff09.<br \/>\n\tMaking all required disclosures and disclaimers strictly in accordance with the prescribed script, with zero deviations.<br \/>\n\tProviding a clear summary at the end of each sales call to address final questions and confirm that all relevant information has been communicated.<\/p>\n<p>Call Centre Operations, Dynamics and Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain adherence to individual and departmental performance standards.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in all tasks.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate effectively with team members and management.<br \/>\n\tComplete and submit all required daily and\/or monthly reports on time and with accuracy.<\/p>\n<p>Quality, Compliance and Professional Conduct<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct all interactions with prospective and existing members with honesty, transparency, and professionalism.<br \/>\n\tTreat all clients fairly and with respect at all times.<br \/>\n\tStrictly follow the prescribed script when marketing products, with zero deviations.<br \/>\n\tApply appropriate sales techniques without engaging in forced selling or rushing through leads.<br \/>\n\tTreat all leads equally, without preference, including company-funded leads \uff08e.g. digital leads\uff09.<\/p>\n<p>Regulatory and Disclosure Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Telemarketers must not provide financial advice or services beyond their authorised scope.
