\tEffective business development, customer relationship management
\n\tProactively leads an account planning and execution process for the portfolio of Chinese accounts.
\n\tCommunicates with significant customers on a regular basis and responds to specific queries.
\n\tCoordinates the CST activities in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
\n\tIdentifies and approaches new and potentially significant customers.
\n\tMonitors account for performance metrics and prepare relevant reports.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies<\/p>\n
\tQualification in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field eg. Marketing or Engineering
\n\tSome technical qualifications will be advantageous, although not mandatory.
\n\tAt least 5 years\u2019 experience in mining, construction or energy and transportation environment.
\n\tProven work experience as a key account manager.
\n\tSolid sales experience in B2B environment.
\n\tHands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems.
\n\tUnderstanding of the commercial aspects of the business
\n\tUnderstanding of the internal functions of the business
\n\tFluent Mandarin speaking<\/p>\n
