We are seeking a\u00a0Technical Service Systems Coordinator\u00a0to join our\u00a0FSE\u00a0team. You will be responsible\u00a0for providing Metso\u2019s customers with professional service support.\u00a0
\n\tThe Technical Service Systems Coordinator has the same responsibilities as the Service coordinators but with the main focus on the Field service Systems such as FSM, Sales force Power BI and FSE related App\u2019s\u00a0and ensuring that customer specific requirements are fulfilled by identifying the correct resources and planning the execution of the tasks in the most cost-efficient manner in the FSM system under the guidance of the service leadership team. TEAM YOU’LL BELONG TO<\/p>\n
\tYou will join a team of\u00a0Technicians\u00a0that strive to\u00a0effectively deliver a seamless experience, that delivers a \u201ctechnical solution\u201d that meets the customer\u2019s needs, thus supporting the sales team to, to enhance and build relationships with the downstream effect on sales realisation.
\n\tYou will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as\u00a0LCS and FSE Support teams\u00a0to assure a common understanding\/application of technical and safety support and information to support and provide excellent customer service on Metso\u2019s equipment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU\u2019LL DO<\/p>\n
You are responsible for the following per your allocated area of responsibility:<\/p>\n
Responsible for the coordination of:<\/p>\n
\tCustomer Service requests, enquiries, or issues
\n\tInstall base update in FSM and Sales Fore
\n\tDDS \u2013 Digital driven Sales
\n\tResource scheduling, planning & travel logistics
\n\tReport finalization,
\n\tCheck (input) timesheet entry of field service technicians,
\n\tSite mobilization including inductions, medicals, tickets, visas\/work permits and site access
\n\tWork to support SAP quote & order management activities
\n\tEnsure Field Service Management (FSM) work order creation and resource scheduling is completed as per Metso processes and procedures
\n\tSupport financial, utilization and safety reporting process
\n\tMonitoring costs on jobs and job margins
\n\tBe the customer contact and office support for Field service personnel
\n\tFollowing up that spares \/ services required for each job are available
\n\tEnsuring the Job close-outs and confirming the delivery to scope with customers
\n\tCompliance with & improvement of Metso field service processes and procedures
\n\tPro-active in ensuring that all costs are collected in a timely manner prior to close out and Invoicing.
\n\tSpecialist duties and responsibilities:
\n\tCollaborating closely with sales, service, product and process technology organizations, to develop and implement equipment and project specific preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans and procedures
\n\tEnsure high accuracy and completeness of information (tasks, manhours, tooling, parts, materials) in maintenance plans.
\n\tPlan and manage work FSE team schedules
\n\tReview maintenance requirements on scope of work and secure \/ confirm availability of manpower, materials stored on site, wear and spare parts requirements.
\n\tReview actual labour, material, wears and spares expended versus the estimates to determine corrective measures needed to improve accuracy and quality of work.
\n\tMaintain regional compliance to FSE Systems in accordance with global best practices.
\n\tIdentify improvement opportunities through the analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to effective Field Service execution.
\n\tIdentify and document Field Service Best Practices throughout the region including:
\n\tOptimising the use of tools, systems and utilization of personnel
\n\tRepair and refurbishment processes and procedures
\n\tOther tasks as assigned by Service Operations Manager<\/p>\n

\n\tFSE \/ LCS support team including technicians and contractors
\n\tFSE site management team

WHO YOU ARE<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tMinimum 3-5 years of experience in heavy industry, preferably with\u00a0mineral processing equipment,\u00a0maintenance or resource planning
\n\tExperience with planning principals\u2019 software programs and maintenance execution in a field service environment.
\n\tExperience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced professional environment.<\/p>\n

\tStrong interpersonal, leadership and administrative skills.
\n\tGood analytical skills able to convert raw data into communicable reporting.
\n\tWilling to actively engage in problem solving.
\n\tAbility to effectively communicate defined reliability guidelines to the customers.
\n\tCapable to identify improvement opportunities that deliver value to the business based on performed analysis.
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills in the English with additional languages considered a plus.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
