\tThe Direct Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for the strategy, management and execution of all marketing activities and campaigns relating to the online platform with a strong focus on digital targeting and marketing<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPlan, develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns (once-off and always-on), for the PSG Online platform
\n\tPlan, develop and manage the content strategy including format, channel and frequency\u00a0for the PSG Online platform
\n\tDrive audience segmentation within the platform from existing client base and execute continuous up-and-cross sell\u00a0campaigns
\n\tEnsure all deliverables are up to standard and aligned with PSG online brand
\n\tMonitor the progress of ongoing content and marketing campaigns and report on the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives. This includes\u00a0running A\/B tests and continuously optimizing email and social media campaigns for acquisition and conversions
\n\tEngage with the sales and development team to implement and utilize strategy and functionality
\n\tTrack and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvements based on findings<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBcom Degree (Marketing \/ digital related qualification)
\n\tA minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience within a similar role
\n\tStrong experience in running data-driven campaigns across for different channels
\n\tExperience in Fintech platform marketing<\/p>\n
Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tAn understanding and passion for the financial markets\/funds\/securities
\n\tBe sufficient in independent research.
\n\tAdvanced competency to the MS Office suite required
\n\tTeam player
\n\tStrong project management skills
\n\tAbility to generate impactful campaigns
\n\tAbility to measure and report on success of campaigns
\n\tUnderstanding of the online \/ fintech space<\/p>\n
