Perform Housekeeping functions for Services SETA<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and adhere to the cleaning schedule
\n\tEnsure that offices, boardrooms as well as spaces for general use are cleaned and tidied
\n\tComplete cleaning rosters
\n\tClean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors
\n\tSweep, mop and vacuum floors
\n\tDust furniture, equipment, and partitions
\n\tEmpty bins in the area and take refuse bags to the centralised allocated collection location
\n\tClean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture, using a vacuum cleaner
\n\tWash walls and woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills
\n\tLook after the cleaning equipment to make sure it stays in good running order
\n\tWelcome visitors in a professional manner and offer refreshments when appropriate
\n\tEnsure that staff and visitors are well catered for, with timeous serving of refreshments
\n\tCheck to see if all tools and materials needed for work are available
\n\tRegularly inspect the premises and report malfunctions timeously<\/p>\n
Keep track of Stock and all relevant Supplies<\/p>\n
\tReplenish bathroom supplies and polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings
\n\tEnsure that there are sufficient stocks relating to general beverages, as well as cleaning equipment
\n\tReport to the Manager\/Senior Officer on the replacement of stock proactively
\n\tConduct weekly\/monthly inventory checks on stock items and other utensils<\/p>\n
Support the Optimisation of the Department<\/p>\n
\tProvide support to all units to enable them to function properly in a healthy and clean environment<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 10 or equivalent
\n\tExperience in corporate housekeeping will be advantageous<\/p>\n
