\tTracker requires the services of a Direct Sales Agents at their Head office based in Johannesburg. The candidate will be required to ensure Customer Service Standards are maintained and reach sales targets whilst working in a highly pressurised environment. We require a diligent, committed and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.<\/p>\n
Job description<\/p>\n
\tUpselling \/cross selling products
\n\tMeet and exceed the sales quotas
\n\tMaintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
\n\tMake sales calls and contact both potential and existing customers
\n\tKeep records of all interactions with customers
\n\tKeep abreast of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge
\n\tDevelopment of innovative and creative sales techniques
\n\tUpselling\/cross selling on different campaigns
\n\tEnsure that Customer Service standards are maintained in a highly pressurised environment
\n\tFollow up leads\/queries
\n\tIdentify the needs of a customer and meet those needs through the purchase of products or services
\n\tA requirement to work overtime or Saturdays may be requested from management<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric and minimum of 1-2 years outbound sales experience in a call centre
\n\tExcellent typing and accurate data capturing skills
\n\tExcellent communication skills and telephone manner
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tAnalytical skills
\n\tPersuasive and competitive nature will be an advantage
\n\tProven sales record<\/p>\n
