Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tTo identify, recruit, grow, and retain Key customers in the Free State region, ranging from spaza shops to forecourts and wholesalers, by building strong strategic relationships, driving sales and margin growth, and effectively managing debtors within the customer base.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and recruit new customerswithin the assigned region, achieving agreed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
\n\tMaintain and grow the existing customer baseto meet or exceed set sales volume and margin growth objectives
\n\tBuild and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring regular contact and high satisfaction scores
\n\tManage customer creditto keep debtor days within agreed limits and achieve on-time payment targets
\n\tConduct regular customer calls(minimum set number per week), including order-taking and presenting new product lines
\n\tMonitor, record, and report customer feedbackto management for continuous improvement
\n\tDeliver excellent customer service, resolving queries within agreed turnaround times
\n\tExecute business strategiessuch as marketing campaigns and promotional activities, tracking performance against campaign objectives<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector
\n\tProven track record as a successful sales representative
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and willingness to travel extensively
\n\tTech-savvy, with proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and mobile sales tools<\/p>\n

\n\tStrong selling skills with a proven ability to close deals
\n\tExcellent negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial outcomes
