Responsibilities
\nWhat we\u2019re looking for:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain, develop, and grow the industrial customer base across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan and drive the Industrial strategy plan<\/p>\n
Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tAchievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan
\n\tAchievement of 95% customer call rate
\n\tAchieve 90% strike rate \u2013 potential customer business
\n\tObtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan
\n\tManage debtors and stock \u2013 within reason.
\n\tPull, analyze reports to drive continuous improvement on route
\n\tAdvise production units on demand changes and buffer stock levels
\n\tSupport company cost control
\n\tComply with all functional and non-functional company policies and procedures, e.g., Sales; Health and Safety; etc.
\n\tHousekeeping and maintaince of company assets, e.g., Handheld Computers, Uniform, Mobile phone, etc.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nWhat will qualify you for the role:<\/p>\n
\tCertificate from the SA Chamber of Baking
\n\tFluent in the English language
\n\tMaintain, develop, and grow the industrial customer base across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan and drive the Industrial strategy plan
\n\t5 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 3 years in a selling role \/ selling experience
\n\tPrevious sales experience withing bakery environment a definite advantage
\n\tValid Code B driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
