\tAs the\u00a0HVAC Electrician (Solar & BESS )\u00a0you will perform electrical and HVAC work on the Plant, that will include modification, repair, and maintenance of applicable equipment and systems as well as switching, isolation, earthing, and LOTO duties as per Authorisation level.\u00a0

What you’ll be doing\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPerform OEM-specific Preventative and Corrective Maintenance tasks on BESS, trackers, and all other PV electrical equipment
\n\tQuality assurance checklists and inspections to document deficiencies and identify corrective actions needed
\n\tControl and perform monthly electrical equipment\/instruments and tools inspections
\n\tHVAC Duties:\u00a0Implement equipment service specifications informed by contractual requirements and maintenance schedule
\n\tInstall & and commission HVAC equipment as per OEM specification
\n\tPerform work in the modification, technical troubleshooting, repair test, and maintenance of all\u00a0 facility electrical and HVAC equipment and systems
\n\tDaily digital reporting and document on CMMS the maintenance activities of all facility, HVAC equipment, systems, and spare parts
\n\tMonitor, support, and assist the activities of the BESS Maintenance Contractor
\n\tInterpret electronic schematics and blueprints<\/p>\n

Experience and Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tN3 Qualification and Permit-to-work system and\/ or ORHVS knowledge
\n\tQualified and Registered Installation Electrician (Not single-phase tester)
\n\tAir-Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation Systems Certificate from an accredited training provider (e.g ETQA\/QCTO\/MERSETA\/ SAIRAC or SARACCA)\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of Solar PV Plant & BESS
\n\t3+ years Electrical experience and proven experience in HVAC systems troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance
\n\tProven experience with HV Switching, Solar PV Plant & BESS and knowledge of ORHVS, SCADA and CMMS<\/p>\n
