The successful candidate will become part of a small, close-knit team and will play a critical role in the day-to-day operation of the business.
\n\tWhile exceptional client service and administration are the primary focus of the role, the successful candidate should also enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to business growth.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12.
\n\tValid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
\n\tComputer literate, particularly Microsoft Excel and general business systems.
\n\t1+ years\u2019 experience in a client-facing, customer service, hospitality, administration, sales support or related environment.
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tWillingness to work Saturdays.
\n\tDue to the nature of the industry, a high level of integrity, professionalism and discretion is essential.<\/p>\n
Duties will include but is not limited to:
\nClient Service & Operations (Primary Focus):<\/p>\n
\tWelcome and assist clients professionally and confidentially.
\n\tDeliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
\n\tEnsure the showroom and client environment are maintained to a high standard.
\n\tManage client enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.
\n\tSupport the smooth daily operation of the business.
\n\tRepresent the company professionally at all times.<\/p>\n
Administration & System Management:<\/p>\n
\tCapture and maintain accurate client and transaction information.
\n\tEnsure all records, documentation and system information are updated correctly.
\n\tPerform general administrative duties and filing.
\n\tMaintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
\n\tAssist with reporting and record management as required.
\n\tConduct basic market research and monitor precious metal pricing trends (training provided).<\/p>\n
Sales & Business Development Support:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify opportunities to generate new business.
\n\tBuild and maintain professional networks and relationships.
\n\tAssist with client acquisition and retention initiatives.
\n\tPromote the company’s services in a professional and ethical manner.<\/p>\n
