An exciting opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and motivated Risk Analyst to join a well-established company within the finance industry. Previous experience in private banking, home loans, or property finance is essential.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing information provided by applicants, obtaining additional supporting documentation where required, applying credit policy guidelines per product, and presenting applications to the credit committee for consideration.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAssess and analyse applications in accordance with company credit policies
\n\tReview supporting documentation and request additional information where necessary
\n\tPrepare and present applications to credit for approval
\n\tManage multiple applications and transactions simultaneously
\n\tEnsure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines throughout the process<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in private banking, home loans, or property finance
\n\tCandidates with collections, conveyancing, or estate administration experience will also be considered
\n\tStrong understanding of the property industry is essential
\n\tExcellent time management and prioritisation skills
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication abilities
\n\tAbility to multitask and manage multiple deals concurrently
\n\tHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tStrong teamwork and collaboration skills
\n\tAbility to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
\n\tPositive attitude and professional approach to work
\n\tSelf-disciplined with the ability to work successfully in a hybrid environment
\n\tAble to follow instructions while taking ownership and initiative
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel<\/p>\n
