SOS \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Service Consultant- Worcester \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Service Team Leader \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            RM: Private Clients In Branch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Purpose<\/p>\n<p>\tTo create great client banking experiences in the smaller branch environment through digital enablement, basic selling, servicing, basic problem solving and client education regarding Nedbank products and services aligned to bank strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>GROW:<\/p>\n<p>\tEscalate unfulfilled client request to the appropriated channel for actioning.<br \/>\n\tOn-board basic accounts (i.e Personal loans, Credit cards).<br \/>\n\tEnsure client&#8217;s needs assessment is completed to offer related products and services.<br \/>\n\tInform clients of finacial products, features and benefits.<br \/>\n\tDeliver sales targets and achieve client acquisition, growth and retention objectives.<br \/>\n\tObtain referrals from existing clients and source leads from other business units.<br \/>\n\tIdentify cross-selling opportunities through client engagement, quality conversations and the use of data analytics.<br \/>\n\tKeep clients informed of progress regarding their applications, queries and requests.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPosition client&#8217;s financial product requests for approval in line with process and procedure.<br \/>\n\tEnsure personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities by continuous professional development (i.e. CEO of your own career).<br \/>\n\tAchieve client experience objectives and ensure client satisfaction expressed through NPS (Net Promoter Score).<br \/>\n\tAct with a client first mindset in all client engagements.<\/p>\n<p>SOLVE:<\/p>\n<p>\tSolve basic problems and issues (i.e debit order dispute).<br \/>\n\tAssess and listen carefully with understanding to establish and clarify client sales and service needs.<br \/>\n\tAttend to all enquiries and services relating to client&#8217;s needs and by offering the right service and solutions.<br \/>\n\tUse expertise and relevant insights to solve client needs relating to sales, self-service and digital functionality.<br \/>\n\tAttend to administrative duties after on-boarding or service activity.<br \/>\n\tAuthenticate clients, provide client service and meet client&#8217;s identified needs.<br \/>\n\tEntrench clients through Core+ needs discussions, salary and debit order switching as well as enrolling clients on the various digital platforms.<br \/>\n\tControl the queuing process and prioritise clients with special needs.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all devices are operational during business hours.<br \/>\n\tEnsure ATM\/ID availability through balancing and loading of cash and attending to down devices by performing first line device maintenance support.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProcess and administer all cash services (i.e. teller, forex, bulk) by following relevant procedure and policies.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tComplete sales tasks through planning and reviewing against agreed role requirements.<\/p>\n<p>EDUCATE:<\/p>\n<p>\tEducate clients and potential clients on how to subscribe and service their account.<br \/>\n\tEducate clients on the benefits, convenience, security, digital functionality and features of self-service and alternative cash solutions.<br \/>\n\tDrive digital adoption to enable, educate and migrate clients on digital.<\/p>\n<p>LEAD, RISK &amp; COMPLIANC<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, systems and policies.<br \/>\n\tManage client appointment schedule to meet business objectives<br \/>\n\tMeet service excellence, teamwork and personal development goals.<br \/>\n\tAction control check list applicable to teller, enquiries and foreign functions daily.<br \/>\n\tBalance and secure branch stock holding (i.e. cards).\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExecute on cash management (i.e. Treasury and holdings), cash efficiency and recycling strategies.<br \/>\n\tMitigate risks and meet regulatory and legislative requirements where applicable.<br \/>\n\tAdhere to Workforce Management, principles, methodology and scheduling.<br \/>\n\tReport suspicious transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Essential Qualifications &#8211;
