The successful candidate will drive a culture where \u201cgood enough\u201d is never acceptable and where every client interaction reflects best-in-class private wealth standards.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tRelevant postgraduate qualification.<br \/>\n\t8-10 years\u2019 experience in private wealth, financial services, or a related environment, with significant exposure to adviser, client, proposition, and operational leadership.<br \/>\n\tProven experience designing solutions to solve the needs for Advisers and clients.<br \/>\n\tStrong exposure to HNWI\/UHNWI client servicing models.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated experience managing strategic partnerships and multi-disciplinary solution ecosystems.<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of adviser operating models and relationship management dynamics.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated experience leading operating model design, process optimisation, delivery governance, and cross-functional execution at a senior level.<\/p>\n<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Proposition Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tDefine and evolve the end-to-end Private Wealth value proposition aligned to the organisation\u2019s strategic objectives and target market positioning.<br \/>\n\tDevelop integrated wealth solutions across:<br \/>\n\tInvestments and portfolio management solutions<br \/>\n\tGlobal banking and lending solutions<br \/>\n\tConcierge and lifestyle services<br \/>\n\tFiduciary and estate planning<br \/>\n\tTax advisory and structuring<br \/>\n\tInsurance solutions<br \/>\n\tIdentify opportunities to expand the proposition through internal capability enhancement and complementary external partnerships.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the proposition remains competitive, differentiated, commercially viable, and aligned with evolving HNWI\/UHNWI needs.<\/p>\n<p>Client &amp; Adviser Insight Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop deep insight into the behaviours, expectations, and servicing needs of high net-worth clients and wealth managers.<br \/>\n\tUnderstand how wealth managers and portfolio managers build trust, influence client decisions and structure relationships.<br \/>\n\tMaintain close engagement with wealth managers, relationship managers, investment specialists, fiduciary professionals, and external partners to ensure practical and relevant solution design.<br \/>\n\tTranslate market intelligence and client feedback into tangible proposition enhancements.<br \/>\n\tDevelop clear client segmentation, personas, life-stage needs, and service models for HNW, UHNW, family office, entrepreneur, professional, executive, and intergenerational wealth segments.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the proposition addresses key client moments including liquidity events, succession, wealth transfers, retirement, offshore diversification, philanthropy, business structuring, and legacy planning.<\/p>\n<p>Service Excellence &amp; Quality Delivery<\/p>\n<p>\tChampion exceptional service standards across every touchpoint within the Private Wealth ecosystem.<br \/>\n\tEstablish and work with the service teams to ensure service quality frameworks, client experience standards, and delivery governance are in place to deliver on the Private Wealth proposition.<br \/>\n\tDrive a culture of precision, responsiveness, professionalism for a great client experience.<br \/>\n\tEnsure execution excellence across internal teams and strategic partners.<br \/>\n\tContinuously identify service gaps, friction points, and operational inefficiencies and implement improvements rapidly across the team.<br \/>\n\tSet a high-performance benchmark where quality, consistency, and client satisfaction are non-negotiable.
