Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage and maintain relationships with clients generating less than R100,000 in annual training revenue
\n\tIdentify new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling
\n\tPrepare and issue accurate quotations in a timely manner
\n\tMaintain and update all client information and interactions on the Odyssey system
\n\tConduct regular follow-ups on leads, quotes, and client engagements
\n\tHandle client queries and provide professional support
\n\tProcess orders efficiently and accurately
\n\tPromote and onboard clients onto the client portal to improve engagement and self-service utilisation<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or tertiary qualification related in:<\/p>\n
\tBusiness Administration
\n\tBusiness Management
\n\tCommerce
\n\tSales and Marketing<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years sales experience in training related industry (OHS or EHS will be advantage).
\n\tMust have at least 2 years relevant experience in a corporate environment.<\/p>\n
