\tA dynamic trade enablement company is looking for an experienced Administration Clerk with strong invoicing, reconciliation, and finance administration experience.
\n\tThe successful candidate will support financial operations by preparing accurate invoices, managing supplier administration, reconciling documentation, and ensuring data integrity across accounting systems.
\n\tThis role is suited to a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare accurate customer invoices using Sage Cloud Accounting.
\n\tMatch invoices to delivery notes and proof of delivery documentation.
\n\tProcess credit notes in accordance with approved procedures and internal controls.
\n\tLiaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing and account-related queries.
\n\tSupport month-end finance processes and general financial administration activities.
\n\tMaintain data accuracy and integrity across accounting and invoicing systems.
\n\tReconcile delivery notes from service providers and customers against supplier invoices.
\n\tReconcile supplier invoices to supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
\n\tAssist with supplier onboarding and credit application processes.
\n\tUpdate and maintain supplier records, including financial and BBBEE documentation.
\n\tMaintain accurate filing and record-keeping practices.
\n\tAssist with reporting and reconciliation activities using Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) essential.
\n\t1\u20135 years’ experience in invoicing and general administration.
\n\tProven experience using Sage Cloud Accounting.
\n\tStrong Microsoft Excel skills with experience in reconciliations and reporting.
\n\tExperience within wholesale, distribution, trading, trade enablement, logistics, or bulk commodities environments would be advantageous.
\n\tHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
\n\tExperience working with delivery notes and proof of delivery documentation.
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n
