Role Objective:<\/p>\n
\tTo support the Key Account Manager and oversee seamless execution of customer orders.<\/p>\n
Key Functional Areas:<\/p>\n
\tCustomer communication
\n\tInternal liaison
\n\tAdministrational support<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOversee loading of orders (or assist loading when necessary) and order confirmation process
\n\tAssist with BOM sign-off and new product readiness
\n\tDrive sales order through the supply chain and keep customer informed
\n\tAssist KAM with internal departmental liaison
\n\tEnsure resolution of shortages or issues related to orders
\n\tCo-ordinating the sending of samples
\n\tAssist with gathering forecasts and required information from customers
\n\tMaintain customer databases
\n\tEnsure customer specific requirements are met, be it taking photos of containers, sending test results on raw materials etc
\n\tCo-ordinate payment and dispatch arrangement<\/p>\n
Education and Required Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 qualification with 2-5 years relevant experience
\n\tA Project Management short course (advantageous)
\n\tExcellent computer skills
\n\tSyspro knowledge is an advantage
\n\tStrong written communication and ability to convey information clearly and concisely<\/p>\n
