Education and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit, with at least four (4) years of progressive work experience in the financial management of donor-funded projects within an international, regional, or national organisation.<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
\tA Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit, with at least two (2) years of progressive work experience in the financial management of donor-funded projects within an international, regional, or national organisation
\n\tA Chartered Accountant qualification (CA\/CPA\/ACCA) is required.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tExperience in financial management of donor-funded projects.
\n\tProven experience with development partners reporting\u00a0 and project management (World Bank AfDB)
\n\tExperience working with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
\n\tDemonstrated experience in audit coordination and financial compliance.<\/p>\n
