\tEnsure adherence to safety regulations and observe safety precautions as laid down in the applicable legislation.
\n\tComplete daily safety check list in area of responsibility.
\n\tReporting of safety incidents and non-conformities to Maintenance Foreman.
\n\tEnsure adherence to general Factory regulations.
\n\tComplete plant maintenance tasks according to the SAP plant maintenance system.
\n\tWork on mechanical breakdowns and tasks when plant is in production and complete the relevant EWO\u2019s.
\n\tReporting of any maintenance risks arising from maintenance tasks.
\n\tAssist with production problems if and when necessary
\n\tParticipating in WCM and EHS activities as required
\n\tWork according to OHS Act 85 of 1993 and NOSA standards
\n\tThe incumbent will also be required to perform any other reasonable tasks given by the Maintenance Foreman from time to time<\/p>\n

\tThe ideal candidate must have completed matric and have Relevant Fitter trade certification. This role requires someone who has at least two years\u2019 relevant experience within manufacturing \/ plant environment.<\/p>\n
